Why is licensing important?
LIABILITY - Unlicensed pilots send your liability through the roof. In 2016, the FAA began requiring drone pilots be licensed for all commercial activities. Unlicensed pilots cannot be insured and put you at risk.

Who we are
Scott Anderson is founder and chief pilot of Regent Aerial Imaging. He is a licensed commercial drone pilot, private pilot, and commercial real estate appraiser. He has extensive knowledge and experience evaluating commercial, industrial, agricultural, and bare real estate.
